The reformer is an apparatus that hosts a bed (carriage) that glides back and forth on a metal track. The carriage is attached to the frame by springs. It is the powerhouse that controls it's movement.
Exercises performed on the reformer stretch overly-tight muscles while strengthening the opposing weaker muscles.

Movement sessions on the reformer,
wunda chair and Cadillac are
one-on-one or semi-private. wunda chair

The wunda chair, like the reformer,
trapeze table and wall systems (towers),
also works with spring tension.
