Mindful Moves offers an integrative systematic approach to the method.   We work with spring based equipment (the reformer, Cadillac, towers, chairs and pedipul), barrels, magic circles, balls as well as on the mat to strengthen the powerhouse of each and every one of our clients.   The bright open space Mindful Moves offers is both calming and energizing at the same time.   With it's warm neutral and autumn tones, the student can surrender to their core while our instructors challenge them to new levels.   Peak Pilates, one of the forerunners in Pilates equipment, manufactured all of our equipment.
