In order to confirm your session or class, advanced payment
is required. Please arrive a few minutes early for your session
or class, in order to complete all necessary paperwork. All
packages expire 6 months from issue date. Packages
may be frozen for up to 3 months. If you

Cancellation Policy (One-on-one, Duet, Trios,
and Group Classes)
All lessons or classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours
in advance or the student will be charged in full for the hour
booked. If more than 24 hours notice is given, no charge will
be incurred. In the event that a partner on a duet or trio does
not show or cancels with less notice than the 24 hours required,
the lesson will remain payable as scheduled for all parties
involved. If a partner on a duet or trio cancels with enough
notice, the remaining student(s) will be notified and given
the option of taking the lesson at the higher rate (that of
a private or duet respectively) or rescheduling the session.
Package Transfers
Although we will change a package from one type to another
for the same student (ie. a package of privates to a package
of duets), packages are non-transferable among students.
Refund Policy
At Mindful Moves, we allow 6 months for packages to be used (excluding the introductory
package). We do not offer refunds.
In the event of Inclement Weather
Please call ahead in the event of inclement weather to make
certain that we are open. We will leave a revised outgoing
message on our answering machine, no later than 6:45 am in
the event that morning weather patterns delay our opening
or force us to remain closed for the day. If you call
after that time and find our normal outgoing message on the
recording, you may assume that we will be open for business
as usual..
